Hannu and Byrne met first time in Banda Aceh in 2010. At first, it was just a quick holiday romance which lasted only one week. When we now visited Aceh on this trip they reunited again. Now Hannu’s feelings were deeper than the first time. A holiday fling was no longer enough, Hannu wanted to have Byrne all for himself. He sold his old board he had bought in India and so he was free to purchase Byrne. Now, it’s just the open road and Hannu and Byrne (and I!).

On this day, Hannu surprised even himself. Hannu went in the sea armed with an iron spike – soon after we ate Larry the Lobster for lunch!
